Mr. Lee's practice focuses on the areas of corporate law, commercial banking and commercial real estate. He assists businesses with their formation, contract matters, sales and acquisitions, and real estate transactions. Mr. Lee also aids banks and borrowers in structuring and documenting commercial loan transactions and loan workouts, and assists real estate developers with acquisitions and sales and leasing of real property.
Mr. Lee received a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Pennsylvania State University in 1984. In 1987, Mr. Lee graduated with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law and began practicing in Baltimore. He then joined Miles & Stockbridge in Easton until becoming a principal with Armistead, Griswold, Lee & Rust, P.A. in 1997.
Mr. Lee is active in the community. He is a past chairman of the Talbot County Chamber of Commerce and served on its Board of Directors for six years. He was a member of the inaugural class of Shore Leadership, and served as a board member of the Talbot Chamber Education Foundation, a board member of the Human Capital Development Corporation, a member of the Board of Directors of the Maryland State Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Maryland Bar Association Real Estate Section Council, a member of the Board of the United Fund of Talbot County, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Easton Rotary Club.
