business torts, employment and non-competition contracts,
corporate dissolution and shareholder disputes.
The Civil Litigation practice also consists of real estate litigation
and insurance coverage and defense litigation, including product,
premises, professional, automobile, and contractor liability.

arising from estates.
The firm's senior litigation partner,
Michael Rust, has a significant amount of successful first
jury trial experience in Federal and State courts representing
clients in a wide variety of cases. Mr. Rust is admitted to
in all State and Federal Courts in Maryland and West Virginia,
